Deliveries can be very quick depending on the type of item you have chosen. In other instances, it can take up to 21 business days. This is because we offer some items that we purchase when you order them. So, please be patient with us. You will be updated as soon as your order is on its way to you!

We will need the following documents, depending on your account type:

Personal Accounts:

  • Clear Colour Copy of your Identity Document
  • Proof of Address, not older than 3 months (or 12 months if you’re using a lease)
  • 3 Month Bank Statement

Business Accounts:

  • Signed Surety
  • Copy of 3 Main Directors’ Identity Documents
  • Proof of Business Address
  • 3 Months Primary Bank Account Statements
  • Signed resolution authorising you to place the order with us

Please ensure that these documents are sent to us as soon as you place your order. Your order status will be updated to On Hold while we wait for these documents.

All rental agreement payments are done via debit order monthly in advance. Your very first installment will need to be paid via EFT before we dispatch your order.

Debit Orders are presented to your bank on the last business day of each month. Should that date fall on a Sunday or a recognised public holiday in South Africa, the debit order will automatically fall to the next business day.

We do not accept EFT Payments on monthly installments.

Should you choose to cancel your rental agreement, we will provide you with a settlement fee based on a number of factors. Once your settlement fee is paid, your agreement will be cancelled.

As with all devices you have the following warranties:

  1. 7 Day OBF Failure – should the device not work within 7 days of you receiving your order, you will need to return it to us for a warranty replacement.
  2. Manufacturer Warranty – the manufacturer will repair / replace your device based on its own warranty policies. You will need to contact your devices authorised repair centre.

Of course you can. Additional agreements are subject to our credit vetting and affordability practices, after all, we wouldn’t want you getting in over your head.

You will be responsible for insurance. You will need to send us proof of insurance within 7 days of receiving your order.
